Position Summary AutoPayPlus is seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Outreach Representative to connect with current and former members through both outbound and inbound communications. In this key role, you’ll help enhance member satisfaction, promote financial wellness solutions, and reengage members with tailored offerings. The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, tech-savvy, fluent in English and Spanish, and driven by both results and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Member Engagement:

Conduct outbound calls, handle inbound transfers, and manage Calendly appointments to increase member satisfaction and overall engagement.

Internal Sales & Retention:

Recommend and upsell appropriate financial products—including auto, mortgage, personal, and student loan services—to existing or former members.

Reenrollments:

Reconnect with members who canceled due to loan payoff or refinancing and present opportunities for continued service.

System Utilization:

Navigate multiple platforms, including Creatio CRM, Five9 dialer, Outlook, and internal tools, to document interactions and track follow-ups efficiently.

Compliance & Transparency:

Clearly explain all program details, terms, and fees while maintaining transparency and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Campaign Execution:

Participate in outbound calling campaigns aligned with team goals, scripts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Collaboration:

Partner closely with internal departments, participate in continuous training, and contribute feedback to improve tools, scripts, and processes.

Professional Communication:

Maintain a respectful, service-oriented tone that reflects AutoPayPlus’s core values and commitment to exceptional member service.
