Responsibilities Participate in our structured broker training program to master client acquisition and financial planning strategies. Set and conduct appointments with prospective clients to assess their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Build your book of business through networking, marketing, and referrals. Educate clients on life insurance, annuities, and financial planning concepts. Work independently while leveraging a strong support system and mentorship. Qualifications & Skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success. Willingness to learn and apply sales and marketing strategies. Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time. Passion for helping others achieve financial freedom and generational wealth. Training & Licensing Requirements Must be open to coaching and willing to learn new skills. No experience required
