Daytona Beach, FL Responsible for supporting the Commercial Banking client servicechannel by coordinating the activities of the assigned Bankers.
Serves as a catalyst to accelerate the achievement of clientbusiness goals by ensuring Commercial Bankers, clients, andbusiness partners are connected through arranged meetings,coordinating events, business development planning, and scheduling.
Ensures the timely and accurate processing of all client accountsand required servicing documentation from a wholly new andinnovative platform that resonates with a targeted market segment.
Consistently gains the confidence and trust of others throughhonesty, integrity, and authenticity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor degree inBusiness Administration, Economics, Finance or related major,preferred.
- 5+ years related experience in process and officemanagement, business analytics, and diagnosis obtained throughcommercial lending support and portfolio management.
- 2+ years offinancial services experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

CBC Operations Functions:
Assist Banker’s business development to:o Meet or exceed newclient relationship goals.o Generate new loans, deposits and fees.oMaintain portfolioo Review weekly reports, book loans, follow up onpost-closing exceptions, review files and liaise with PortfolioManager to provide commercial bankers a list of requirementsdue.
Support banker business development to:
o Coordinate loanapproval and document preparation.o Process closed loans forbooking and submission to loan vault.o Provide prompt, professionaland courteous service to customer inquiries.o Communicate withoutside vendor companies regarding closing procedures.
Banker portfolio management:
o Review exceptions reports andfollow up with borrowers and commercial bankers to clear loandocument exceptions.o Manage past dues by providing weekly reportsto commercial bankers and follow up with customers on pastfinancial statements.o Assist the Portfolio Manager when needed incompleting annual reviews when due.o Monitor various reportsincluding, but not limited to, overdrafts, expiring loan insurance,& ABL Monitoring reports.
Customer retention and growth:
Implement customer satisfaction surveys. Analyze customer survey results. Adhere to the highest legal and ethical standards applicable toour industry and to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct, whileobserving both the spirit and letter of all government regulationsand laws and bank policies and procedures.
