Drives new loan production, deposit growth, client development,and establishes new client relationships. Essential Job Functions1. Develops and manages business relationships by understanding theunique needs of our customers and provides appropriate financialsolutions. 2. Drives loan production and deposit growth byproactively identifying opportunities and cross-selling Bankproducts and services. 3. Identifies, pursues, and closes salesopportunities for a broad range of financial products and services.4. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth transactionprocessing and client satisfaction. 5. Delivers exceptionalcustomer service, resolves customer issues promptly, and buildscustomer loyalty. 6. Represents the Bank in the community throughactive participation in professional organizations and communityevents. 7. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment inperformance of all essential job functions. 8. Maintains goodpunctuality and attendance to work. 9. Follows Bank policy,procedures and guidelines. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1.Knowledge of the business banking market, including customer needs,competitive landscape, and regulatory environment. 2. Knowledge ofour products and services and stays informed of market trends andregulatory changes. 3. Knowledge of financial products and servicesfor business clients. 4. Ability to successfully meet sales goalsin a business banking environment. 5. Ability to communicateeffectively both verbally and in writing as well as presentfinancial information accurately. 6. Ability to build strongrelationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 7. Abilityto demonstrate effective skills to drive growth and innovation. 8.Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and withinternal and external stakeholders at varying levels. 9. Ability towork effectively and efficiently both as part of a team andindependently, while demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.10. Ability to demonstrate effective strategic, critical thinking,and problem-solving skills. 11. Skill in using computer and MicrosoftOffice, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Basic Qualifications1. Bachelors degree in business, finance, or job-related field, orcommensurate work experience, required. 2. 2 years of experience inbusiness banking sales and client relations, within a leadershiprole.
