Summary of Duties:
Responsible for verifying all required information necessary to prepare accounts for submission to the third-party payor.
Job Location:
Lafayette, LA. This position is based in the office, M-F, 8am-5pm. This is NOT a Work From Home position.
Essential Functions:
Verify insurance information including eligibility, copay, deductibles and out of pockets Handle incoming calls, for specific payor units Initiate contact with patient/guarantors, third party payors, and facilities Ensure accuracy of demographic information Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications:
