POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Cash Management Operations Specialist is a member of the Deposit Services team supporting the banks efforts and providing quality control. Ownership in areas of operational expertise including but not limited to: Cash Management Services, Wires, Digital Banking for both consumer and business, ACH and other electronic banking tasks. This position will be required to contribute and advocate for efficiency within the department as well as the banking centers and business banking teams. Responsible for the validity of the bank’s customer data on the bank systems and ensuring all deposit account documentation follows Federal and State regulations and bank policy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain awareness of and adherence to bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Individually participates in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
Deliver high level, consistent service within the company’s standards of expectations
Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and communicate issues which puts work outside of the normal expectations
Participates, encourages, and promotes process improvements and efficiency changes on behalf of the department
Self-motivated and strong organization/time management skills
Ability to work independently
Actively support on bank projects, actively participating as a matter expert in their respective area of knowledge
Ensures that electronic banking/cash management requests are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures, such as but not limited to, ARP, Wires, ACH, RDA, Account Analysis, Sweeps, Reviews and maintains Business Internet Banking documentation both internal procedural documents and external customer facing documents which can be procedural, or compliance related
Oversight and control of the administration of Banno, RDC, ACH, Wire, Bill Pay, and other business/consumer online banking tools
Maintains a current knowledge and understanding of

ACH/NACHA

rules
Prepares for and supports various internal and external audits and risk assessments Maintains confidential customer information
Successfully pass technical and regulatory examinations by the company
