Job Description
oBranch Financial Services Representative 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 347 Maine Avenue, Farmingdale, ME 04344 This role has a primary focus of out-bound calls to Indirect and Direct members by exploring needs through active listening and open-ended questions. Assists members by establishing new relationships and enhancing member needs by optimizing usage of other Credit Union Services. A thorough understanding of all deposit products and electronic delivery services allows the Representative to open new accounts, originate loan application requests, manage complex accounts, provide support and follow-up on inquiries, and resolve problems with the intention of exceeding member expectations. •

IS AN ON-SITE, IN-PERSON POSITION. CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN STATE OF MAINE, POSSIBLE HYBRID OPPORTUNITY ONCE FULLY TRAINED
• The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of six months related experience (one or more years preferred). Also required are strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and members; professional appearance; solid work ethic; reliable attendance; work accuracy and an ability to be detail oriented.
