As a Private Banking Relationship Officer, you will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, providing customized banking strategies, solutions, and advice tailored to their needs. You’ll develop and maintain client relationships by leveraging resources across our organization to deliver exceptional, personalized service. What You’ll Do Provide full-service banking to high-value clients. Consult with the Private Banking Manager to address clients’ holistic financial needs, recommending valuable products, solutions, and services. Develop, manage, and expand mutually beneficial client relationships while ensuring a high-level client experience. Stay informed about compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry. Utilize your knowledge of Trust, Wealth, Loan, and Banking products and services. Identify and call on existing or prospective customers to develop new business; promote and cross-sell the Bank’s services. Serve as a relationship manager across departments and divisions. Negotiate loan proposals ; analyze and evaluate credit requests; coordinate with Underwriting and Credit Risk Management; present to loan committee; implement approval or declination actions. Participate in community and professional activities to enhance the Bank’s image and expand your network of business contacts.

Where You Shine Educational Background :

Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related field; minimum of 5+ years of experience in a financial institution.

Experience :

Previous experience working with law and medical practices is ideal. Underwriting experience in consumer and commercial lending is highly valued.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of financial products and services, credit and banking policies, and procedures. Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare loan presentations.

Communication :

Superior communication skills to effectively and professionally interact at all levels of the organization.

Professionalism :

High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Organizational Skills :

Excellent follow-through, time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Customer Service :

Must possess a can-do customer service attitude/philosophy.

Licensing :

NMLS License or eligibility to be licensed.
