Job Summary The Director of Insurance and Marketing is responsible for execution and implementation of all client insurance policies, client experience for existing clients, and marketing for new client growth. The team member works closely with others on their team to provide ongoing support for operations, planning, service, and marketing. The team member is a liaison between the home office, financial advisor, and clients. Key Responsibilities Ensure seamless completion of all insurance policies from start to finish including creating application, medical examiner communication, constant client follow up, and underwriting communication Create differentiated, excellent client experiences with existing clients as well as new clients Marketing for new client growth with existing client base Identify new possible prospective clients and set new meetings with them for Advisors Communicate and assist existing clients with anything they may need help with Follow up with previous prospects that did not become clients Maintain website, LinkedIn and social media Proactively prepare Advisor for all client meetings Calendar management and organization for Financial Advisors Minimum Job Requirements 0-4 years financial service or insurance industry experience preferred Security licenses preferably obtained within the first year Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Committed to professional growth and development, independent learner that seeks knowledge Benefits Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance IRA Retirement Plan PTO + holiday pay Bonus potential Base salary proportionate to experience level Industry licensing and continuing education expenses Personal and professional development opportunities
