In this role, you will develop new commercial business andexpand existing commercial customer relationships. You willcultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships within thecommunity and among team members. You will strive to meet or exceedbusiness goals. Essential Job Functions 1. Execute strategic andtactical plans to manage business development productivity andportfolio quality, and to meet financial targets 2. Identify,prioritize, and develop strategies for high-value retention,expansion, and acquisition of customer relationships by deliveringknowledgeable advice and solutions 3. Engage relevant business andbank partners in team-based customer development with expertdelivery 4. Leverage local market networks and centers of influenceto identify, prospect, and pursue business opportunities to hitmarket goals 5. Display a high degree of integrity,trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times 6. Embrace BankOZK’s core lending tenets of asset quality, profitability, and thengrowth 7. NMLS, or successfulcompletion of NMLS process within 45 days of hire, required
