The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives. In this role, you will: Create lending readiness material for key business growth initiatives such as systems training (nCino, BLAST, BREFLOS), Product enhancements, Lending process changes, marketing campaigns (BLIN invitation to apply), card proficiency and credit content for academy programs Be credit content SME for Leadership Development (LD) owned content, National Branch Network (NBN) Customer First content needs and credit workshop Small Business SME Enhance the role readiness and proficiency of Small & Business Banking (SBB), Small Business Relationship Manager and Branch Bankers across the entire business for credit skills and credit acumen Lead development, maintenance and annual content audits of banker resources for credit related resources and currently manages 30+ existing resources used by

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:
