About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Specialist as part of Corporate and Investment Banking. This team is responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support. In this role, you will: Acting as primary liaison between customer, sales representatives and Wells Fargo Securities Safekeeping Services (Pledge, CEO, Third Party Trading and Billing) Answer questions and solve problems involving all WFS Departments Make customer calls; ensure proper booking and maintenance of Safekeeping Services Track and monitor portfolio on an ongoing basis for compliance, position, documentation exceptions, maintenance of files and reports, revising departmental procedures, extensive internal /external customer contact Provide operational and customer support for lifecycle tasks for institutional trades Assist with client account onboarding, input and monitoring of cash payments, customer service, funding operations, custodial operations, securities settlement services, asset servicing structured loan operations, general ledger reconciliation and work to resolve confirmation and ISDA related issues Assist in gathering data to support resolution of issues Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters of the area while developing understanding of various functions, policies and procedures Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Capital Markets operations experience Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong presentation skills Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines Ability to shift priorities as work flow/volume dictates
Job Expectations:
Ability to work additional hours as needed. Ability to work outside of regular business hours. Work at the posted locations below on a hybrid schedule of three (3) days in office and two (2) days from home, per current Wells Fargo policy.

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
