About this role: National Branch Growth & Enablement, which is a part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking is seeking a Lead Referral, Model & Performance Consultant. You are responsible for driving small business growth tactics in partnership with the National Branch Network (NBN). The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives. In this role, you will:

Focus on small business initiatives to enhance the referral model (banker to banker)Build small business acumen among consumer bankers and increasing small business productivity that will lead to deepening relationships with small business clientsWork alongside the regional coaches to implement skill development to optimize banker engagement, improve product proficiency, and deliver a seamless customer experienceWork with National Branch Network Coaches on identifying small business opportunitiesLeverage data-driven insights to drive efficiencyEnsure proper routing of small business customers and executing targeted outreach initiativesPartner with the National Branch Network ensuring consumer bankers are equipped to support small business clients effectively.

Analyze referral routing and quality metricsIdentify areas of opportunity across National Branch Network

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience prioritizing key small business enhancement to the tools used across Branch Banking with key NBN executivesLead cross functional teams on marketing activation requirement and deployment of key technologies to support the library of Next Best Conversations, partner agreement, referral quality and Suggested Opportunities1+ years of Banking experience, preferably in Small Business BankingPrevious experience reviewing key metrics, identifying areas of opportunity and coming up with solutions
