We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Patient Financial Services Representatives. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and assist patients with a wide range of finance and billing-related inquiries, including insurance coverage, payment plans, and explanation of benefits (EOBs). You will interview patients and/or responsible parties to collect or verify insurance and financial information, evaluate the need for financial assistance, and clearly communicate the patient’s financial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze patient financial information Verify insurance coverage and benefits Communicate financial responsibilities to patients clearly and effectively Handle billing inquiries and provide accurate information Explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to patients Process adjustments as necessary Refer uninsured patients for financial assistance programs

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in patient accounting, insurance verification, or financial counseling High school diploma required; associate degree preferred Strong customer service skills Experience in a healthcare call center is a plus We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our patients.
