Scheduling availability is required during all operating hours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service by assisting members with their financial needs and inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to credit union rules and regulations. Process debits and credits efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Promote financial products and services, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance member relationships. Detect and prevent potential fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and member interactions.
