Job Description:

The Financial Services Representative is responsible forcreating an incredible “first impression” to all who enter thebranch and for working with new and existing members to identifytheir financial and or service needs, then ensuring that they arematched with the appropriate branch resource (teller, FSO, Serviceor Sales Manager).

• Ensures that if multiple visitors arrive simultaneously that eachis acknowledged through eye contact and is assisted in the orderthey arrived.
• Determines the amount of wait time and offers the option to themember/visitor of waiting or setting an appointment
• Records all appointments into the appointment calendar.
• Supports the achievement of the retail branch office sales goalsthrough the personal selling of savings and other depositoryproducts.
• Processes member transactions efficiently, accurately, and in atimely manner including the opening of new accounts. Responsiblefor quality and accuracy of all work performed.
• Maintains cash drawer in accordance with assigned cash limits andpolicy and procedures, balances own daily work and may assist withthe daily branch balancing procedures.
