$20 / hour and up Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch. They devote their timegetting to know their customers and building lasting relationshipsby providing trusted advice.

- you’ll providerecommendations and assist customers with financial solutions,supporting spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
- You’ll get to know customers’ personal financial goals andrecommend tailored solutions to help achieve them
- like planningfor the future, buying a home or opening a new credit card.
You’llintroduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handlebanking transactions, like on our app or through our ATMs. You’llcollaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage andBusiness Banking to help customers with more complex financialneeds. You’ll make outbound calls to acquire new customers andschedule financial checkup appointments, as you understand whatmight be a good fit for a customer now, may not be 6 months fromnow. Required Qualifications High School degree or GED required 2 years of sales and customer service experience, demonstratingan ability to meet or exceed goals Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs toimprove the customer relationship Proven success with building relationships, and recommendingand referring products and services through in-person and phoneinteractions Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support thedelivery of business goals Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customerissues Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates,business partners and specialists through collaboration Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitaskeffectively Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends andevenings Meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFEAct, including, but not limited to successful completion of thepre-employment screening checks and obtaining a unique identifierfrom the NMLS.
