(1) Full-Time and (1) Part-Time
Reports to: Branch Manager As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of Pheple FCU—assisting current and potential members with their financial needs. From processing transactions and closing accounts to solving member issues and promoting our services, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional member experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and issuing money orders or gift cards.
Open/close accounts, provide product/service support, and escalate issues when necessary.
Manage debit card/check orders and other necessary documentation for member service.
Balance cash drawer daily.

Communicate effectively—verbally, in writing, and via digital tools
Demonstrate strong job knowledge, attention to appearance, and dependability

Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED
Experience:
1-12 months in a related role preferred
Interpersonal Skills:
Courteous and helpful communication with members and team
Technical:
Proficient with calculators, keyboards, and basic computing
Physical:
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
