Oral Surgery Patient Financial Treatment Representative Center for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery North Augusta, SC 29841 Well established Oral Surgery Group seeking full time experienced Patient Financial Counselor. Presents treatment plans and fees to patients. Discusses payment options, Insurance benefits, deposits and payment arrangements. Applicant must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, able to multi-task, job involves time verifying insurance benefits via phone and web. Applicant must have prior work experience in a customer service position and presents to the public in a very professional and winsome way. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hospitality, patient and/or customer service experience, be willing to learn new things, have a perpetual smile, a contagious “can-do” attitude and be flexible, open and honest. Must work pleasantly in a fast paced environment, be a team player & be detailed oriented. Dental financial or pre-determination experience preferred, prior medical or dental a plus. This position is ultimately in Grovetown at our new office opening late October but we will need someone in North Augusta until the office opens.
