As a Senior Digital Banking Analyst at United Community Bank, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our online and mobile banking environment, ensuring seamless delivery of business and retail banking products. You’ll troubleshoot, research, and implement fixes, while leading testing efforts for new functionalities and upgrades. Collaborate with various teams to support customers and guide digital banking projects.
What You’ll Do:
Platform Management:
Ensure Digital Banking systems function properly daily.
Serve as the central point of contact for key Digital Banking vendors.
Address issues affecting availability, processing, or customer experience within the platforms.
Lead testing and signoff efforts for defect fixes, new functionalities, merged customer data, and release upgrades.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with Community Banking, Call Center, Bank and IT Operations, and Treasury Management teams.
Represent Digital Banking on cross-departmental projects.
Collaborate with internal partners on Digital Banking applications.
Support merger planning and preparation efforts, including mapping, converting, testing, and implementation phases.
Assist bank partners with training development and delivery, and procedure/process development for supporting Digital channels.
Customer Communication:
Work with bank communication representatives to post notifications of impacts to Digital Banking products or processes.
Provide updates to keep key stakeholders informed.
Compliance and Availability:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Be available to support complex problems with vendors, including after-hours and weekends as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
4+ years of relevant experience in financial services.
2+ years of Digital Banking application management experience.
Proven experience managing Digital Banking applications and products (e.g., billpay, remote deposit capture, voice-activated response systems, funds transfers, personal financial management software, payment solutions, Online Account Opening systems).
Education:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated customer service orientation.
Working knowledge of bank core application systems and interfaces involved with Digital Banking products.
Understanding of compliance issues affecting electronic banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks in a timely manner.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Digital Banking projects and vendor management.
Knowledge of Digital Banking systems and platforms.
Working Environment:
Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
