Full Job Description Job Description Job Purpose:

Serve members by completing account transactions, opening new accounts, Safety Deposit Boxes, CD’s etc.

Duties:

• Provide account services to members by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling teller’s checks; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other credit union services.
• Open new accounts according to Credit Union Policies and Procedures.
• Record transactions by logging teller’s checks and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports.
• Cross-sell credit union products by answering inquiries; informing members of new services and product promotions and ascertaining members’ needs.
• Reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
