ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contributes to the success of the team by actively participating in shared responsibilities and goals. Completes a variety of client transactions in an accurate and efficient manner. Upholds numerous compliance and regulatory requirements while operating in a time pressured environment. Engages in client communication to determine and meet various needs and expectations. Seizes opportunities to continue education that improves skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred Previous experience in a client service industry preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Citizens National Bank Proficient in technology based systems Proficient in professional written and verbal communication

Supports staffing needs by traveling between both branch locations as assigned; travel and reliable transportation are required.
