Banking Full Job Description Overview:
We are looking for experienced SAR Investigation Analysts for our global banking client on a project basis. This role is on-site in the Charlotte, NC office location and the project is expected to last over 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Effectively investigate transaction details to advise and file escalations for Suspicious Activity Reports in line with regulator guidelines and timeframes. Write & prepare thorough SAR narratives, highlighting key findings and actions taken throughout the investigation steps. Maintain daily and weekly investigations numbers, ensuring timely review and resolution of cases in line with firm & regulators expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields 2+ years of relevant SAR writing and investigation experience 3+ years of relevant AML experience within the banking industry Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
