In this role, you will support our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance programs to help protect the integrity of our organization and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Assist in the administration of the Bank’s

compliance programs. Monitor customer transactions and system alerts, independently analyzing risks associated with suspicious activity. Support regulatory reporting processes, including the preparation and submission of required BSA and OFAC reports. Conduct research and assist with the completion of the annual BSA Risk Assessment. Complete enhanced due diligence reviews for high-risk customers, documenting findings with thorough narratives. Collaborate with internal teams to foster a culture of compliance and provide BSA-related support. Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and training programs related to BSA/AML compliance. Stay current with regulatory changes through continuous training and professional development. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in banking or compliance or associate’s degree. Working knowledge of banking operations, policies, and procedures preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
