Responsibilities:
Review title commitments, clear title issues, and prepare all necessary documents for closing Coordinate communications between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders Prepare settlement statements and manage escrow transactions Conduct closings and handle post-closing follow-up Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and internal procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in title insurance processing and/or closings Solid understanding of Florida real estate transactions Proficiency with title software Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism Effective verbal and written communication skills Availability to work full-time at our Merritt Island office
