Full Job Description JOB Description:
- Part time / Full-time.
- Title Insurance / Real Estate experience is preferred but not required.
- Licensed Notary is highly preferred but not required.
- Must be Honest, caring, respectful, and compassionate.
- Must be Hard working, detail oriented, open minded to learning and growing.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Part time or Full-time option.
- File opening and processing.
- Report to our title manager.
- Helping to Communication and Coordinating closing details with all parties.
- Open to Notary signings (when available).
Compensation:
- Hourly or Salary.
- 5-10% salary increase upon yearly review.
- Bonus/ Profit Sharing.
- Commissions on personal referrals.
