The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Duties Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims and provide updates as necessary. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence. Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution. Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce warranty costs. Assist in training staff on warranty processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulations related to warranties. Experience Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record management. Attention to detail is essential for accurate claim processing.
