Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Admin to join our team in Doral, FL. The Warranty Admin will be responsible for processing warranty claims, maintaining warranty records, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have experience working in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted Maintain accurate warranty records and update database as needed Communicate with managers regarding warranty claims and provide updates on status Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues Assist with warranty inspections and audits as required
