In this vital leadership role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Claims Service Representatives and Claims Clerk, ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient claims processing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise Claims Service Representatives and Claims Clerk, including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions. Monitor workflows and task assignments to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. Conduct weekly reviews of claims data entry and document imaging for quality assurance. Oversee initial coding accuracy and reserve setting using intake reports. Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive and personal claim information. Liaise with clients and vendors, maintaining professional communication and service delivery. Supervise the facilitation and processing of check payments and departmental claim expenses. Answer and route calls as needed, providing exceptional customer service. Perform additional administrative or supervisory duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven ability to lead and motivate administrative teams. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Professional demeanor and communication skills, even in high-pressure situations. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems efficiently. Must type a minimum of 35 WPM with accuracy. Proficient with standard office equipment and administrative procedures. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients. Must hold a valid Florida Adjuster’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience handling commercial liability claims. 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
