You’ll be the go-to expert for managing insurance-related documentation, communicating with adjusters and homeowners, and ensuring collections are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Following up with insurance companies and adjusters on claims and supplemental payments Communicating with homeowners about their insurance status and collections Collaborating with the Accounting and Processing Departments to facilitate accurate record-keeping Using systems like Salesforce, improveit360, Acculynx , and QuickBooks to manage data Reviewing balances, assisting with payment collection, and supporting litigation as needed Maintaining detailed and confidential notes and records Helping homeowners understand their claims and navigating the insurance process with empathy and clarity What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of relevant experience Proficiency in Xactimate (required) Roofing knowledge a plus Ability to type at least 40 WPM Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset Our Vision “We aspire to be the trusted partner in every homeowner’s journey toward a safer, more beautiful, and energy-efficient living space.
