Brown & Brown is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in St. Pete, FL. The Claims Customer Service Representative will support the claims process from initial filing to resolution. This role involves direct communication with carriers and clients, accurate claim documentation, and coordination with Claims Risk Managers. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to grow their knowledge of insurance claims through hands-on experience and continued learning.

How You Will Contribute:

Keeps abreast of industry changes and trends Assign claims to Claims Risk Managers Talks with carriers and clients by phone or in person inside of agency office Participates in seminars and classes for knowledge and skill development Order loss runs, complete Charts and Premium loss summaries Submit and file claims accordingly while keeping documentation notated in AMS & ImageRite Supports workflow within team Undertakes additional responsibilities as required in the Claims Manager’s absence Other duties as assigned

Licenses and Certifications:

Current 4-40 or 620- Adjuster License (Preferred) Skills & Experience to

Be Successful:
