Must be available Monday•Friday 8:00am•6:15pm 4 Corner Resources is hiring Insurance Application Specialists to support our client located in Clearwater, FL. These are administrative and customer service roles focused on reviewing insurance applications to determine potential eligibility based on carrier guidelines. Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of experience in medical insurance, or as a pharmacy technician Knowledge of prescription medications Proficiency with Microsoft Office Clear communication, active listening, and strong documentation skills Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite Willingness to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Review and process insurance applications, including premium calculations and data entry Conduct phone interviews with applicants to gather detailed medical and prescription-related information Use structured scripts and questionnaires to assess eligibility Manage CWA documentation and internal system updates Communicate with applicants and agents to clarify information or provide status updates Follow up on outstanding requirements and apply carrier-specific underwriting guidelines
