We offer an advance payment of $200 for each eligible claim submitted. This is not a salaried position; compensation is based on performance and paid as an advance per claim to support our team as they work. About the
Role:
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our Adjusting/Canvassing Team. In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners, offering complimentary home evaluations and assisting with the property claims process. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a people-oriented, performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Educate homeowners about property damage claims Set up free home evaluations Help clients through the claims process by connecting them with licensed adjusters Meet weekly outreach and productivity goals Attend regular training and team meetings Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times Continuously improve your skills in customer service, claims, and sales

Key Qualifications:
GED or High School Diploma (required for licensing purposes) Bilingual is a plus Experience in customer service, sales, or property claims is preferred Must be comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners Ability to walk roofs and carry necessary tools/materials Professional phone etiquette Reliable transportation required

Please Note:
