Job Description:

Seeking a Processor or Jr. Closer responsible for preparing and performing all aspects of real estate closing transactions. Ideal candidate will be located near Jupiter, Florida. Ability to work in a high paced environment. Conduct title and escrow closing services. Ability to self-start and high energy level. Ability to maintain existing accounts. Maintain professional, friendly, courteous manner when dealing with clients, both internal and external. Maintain superior level of customer service by follow-up with customers and communicating with agency staff as needed. Must dress to impress with business attire. Punctuality and attendance a must.

Job Requirements:

2+ years proven title closing experience as processor. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) This is an “in office” position.
