Claims Representative 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Daytona Beach, FL 32114 We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Representatives for our client in Daytona Beach! You will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and resolving claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Training Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm After training: Hours are available between 6am and 8pm
Key Responsibilities:
Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information. Maintain detailed and accurate claim records in internal systems. Stay updated on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices related to claims processing.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
