- Atlanta, GA Our client, a tech-enabled service that maximizes auto insurance claim settlements using AI and data-driven processes is looking for a skilled Senior Claims Representative.
They help drivers recover money they’re owed after car accidents, specializing in diminished value and total loss claims.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire post-accident experience, guiding them through every step from towing and rental car options to repair shop selection and settlement maximization. Provide guidance on post-accident logistics including towing options, rental car coverage, repair shop selection, and insurance processes. Conduct client consultations to assess needs, explain services, and manage expectations during stressful situations. Prepare comprehensive diminished value claims and total loss packages with supporting market data and vehicle valuations for insurance submission. Interface professionally with insurance adjusters to collaborate on fair settlement amounts that maximize client recovery. Law firms & repair shops are their biggest referral partner.
Qualifications:
5+ years of claims experience, specifically auto property damage. Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Counselor License required.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 65k
- 85k/year range plus startup equity opportunity, career advancement, education/licensing support, health/dental/vision insurance, etc.
In office role until caught up to speed and then hybrid. #INDVIS
