Reporting to the Claims Manager, your core skills in clerical tasks will ensure all documentation is organized and accessible. Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional service Responsibilities This is an entry level clerical support position requiring a keen attention to detail and accurate work. This position supports the claims department and requires good phone. computer, and communication skills. The person who holds the position will answer phone calls, collect information from callers, input information into the computer, file in a paperless filing system, email, scan, copy, prepare correspondence to be mailed, and other office tasks. Qualifications Clerical experience and strong organizational skills Proficient in data entry and paperless filing Experience with Microsoft Office a plus Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and callers
