About the Field Representative role:
This position will be working on-site providing outreach to theMedicaid provider community. This is a great opportunity forsomeone to take the next step in their career. The fieldrepresentative is the primary escalation point for providerrelations high-level concerns as requested by the ProviderRelations Manager or Montana DPHHS. Provide online meeting andface-to-face support to the Montana Healthcare Programs community.
Actively promote claims and enrollment process efficiencies usingthe MPATH portal and the use of electronic claims submissions. Workwith providers to resolve claim issues, including troubleshootingelectronic transmission. Plan and facilitate training events forproviders including in person and online seminars. Completeadditional tasks as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide outreach and face-to-face support to the MontanaHealthcare Programs community. Develop and facilitate education for the provider population inassigned service area. Actively promote the use of
EDI, DPHHS
Provider Informationwebsite, and MATH web portal Attend seminars offered by professional associations and speakon behalf of Conduent and DPHHS about the Medicaid environment orparticipate in workshops and meetings sponsored by providers andDPHHS. Work with providers to resolve claim issues, includingtroubleshooting electronic transmission. Plan and facilitate training events for provider seminarsDesired skills and attributes: Self•motivated with an outgoing, positive, energeticattitude Must be willing to travel (20%) Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite to createpresentations Possess excellent public speaking, communication, andpresentation skills Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload effectivelywith attention to detail Ability to analyze new situations and apply problem-solvingskills Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies
PreferredSkills:
Five or more years in Customer Service Two plus years Medicaid or medical insurance experience Bachelor’s degree preferably in Healthcare Administration,Business Management, Communications, or equivalent years ofexperience In this role, you can expect the following workingconditions: On-Site in our Helena, MT offices Pay Transparency Lawsin some locations require disclosure of compensation and/orbenefits-related information.
