If you’re passionate about investigating claims, working collaboratively to resolve issues, and managing multiple tasks with precision, this is your opportunity to make an impact. As a Claims Administrator at Investors Title, you’ll help protect the integrity of title insurance while gaining valuable experience in claims operations and legal analysis. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 4-6 months.

What You’ll Do:

Proactively manage assigned non-complex title claims (e.g., notary errors, missing interests, indemnities). Conduct research, gather facts, and determine appropriate claims resolution strategies. Consult with Senior Claims Counsel on legal issues, strategy, and salvage potential. Maintain accurate documentation in the Claims Tracking System and manage claim reserves. Review billing from outside counsel and monitor their activities on assigned claims. Communicate clearly with claimants and interested parties to keep them informed.

What We’re Looking For:

Undergraduate degree and paralegal experience preferred. 3 years of real estate paralegal experience with a solid grasp of real estate law. Familiarity with litigation, lending, foreclosure, REO, or surveys is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to conduct thorough legal and factual investigations. Professional demeanor and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
