Do:

Enter, update, and manage data in claims platforms (HMI, Xactimate, etc.) Prepare and edit reports related to property insurance claims Coordinate schedules and field updates with on-site assessors Support emergency call center activity (rotational support) Track documentation, timelines, and records to ensure claim accuracy Collaborate across departments and with third-party vendors to keep claims moving efficiently

What You Bring:

3 or more years of experience in property restoration, adjusting, mitigation, or insurance service support Familiarity with Xactimate and/or Symbility Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and report-writing skills A degree is preferred, but equivalent experience in the field is highly valued Willingness to work onsite in Cary, NC several days per week as required Ready to bring your field knowledge inside the office?
