As a Clinical Support Representative, you will: Assist nursingteams with clerical duties and coordinating information to beentered into the WC system. ? Transcribing medical documents in theWC system under the direction of the NCM. ? Scheduling appointmentswith network providers and sending pre-certification letters underthe direction of the NCM. ? Understand and assist with the Intakeprocess and the completion of the NJ Sta te Workers’ CompensationFirst Report of Injury (FROI). ? Coordinate the notification of theFROI electronically and update notes and information to clients,adjusters, and nurses. ? Telephonic intake of Workers’ Compensationinjury information and completion of the interview questionnaire. ?Set up initial treatment, when necessary, under the direction ofthe NCM. Effective, consistent, and accurate communication withinjured workers, employer clients, claims adjusters and NCM. ?Ability to manage high volume of telephone calls and a fast-pacedwork environment. ? Provide standard of excellence whencommunicating to internal and external contacts. ? Develop andmaintain favorable relationships with clients, providers, injuredworkers, claims adjuster and This is a full-time opportunity.

Theideal candidate will have:

Effective, consistent, and accuratecommunication with injured workers, employer clients, claimsadjusters and NCM. ? Ability to manage high volume of telephonecalls and a fast-paced work environment. ? Provide standard ofexcellence when communicating to internal and external contacts. ?Develop and maintain favorable relationships with clients,providers, injured workers, claims adjuster and coworkers. ?Maintain compliance with Federal, State and Loca l Workers’Compensation regulations. ? Effective time management andorganizational skills and adherence to HIPAA (Health InsurancePortability and Accountability) guidelines of confidentiality. ?Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the NCM(s)to identify and anticipate cases management needs of the injuredworker. ? Assertive and positive work style and the ability tothink critically. ? Time management and organization of workfunctions. ? Excellent communication and people skills necessary toeffectively work with network provider staff, interview injuredemployees and to work with the nursing teams. ? Ability to beflexible and to handle assignments in many areas when needed.

PayRate:
