Job Description One of our large healthcare payment integrity clients is seeking an Intake Services Specialist to join their team for a minimum of 2 months contract. This team’s responsibilities surround the ability to efficiently handle the preparation, intake, and administrative processing of all incoming Inquiries. Daily coordination of receiving all incoming inquiries (via fax, email, mail), faxing out specified response letters, responding to emails, submitting client requests. They will be consistently responding to providers within the network and documenting claims into the proprietary system and then coordinating the correct response letters for the inquiry.
