Medical Claims Upload Associate United Management Organization, LLC. 445 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747 Job Overview The Uploads Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing and uploading claims into proper portals.

Responsibilities:

Review claims to determine their eligibility for arbitration under state or federal guidelines. Ensure claims are triaged correctly by following the process (state vs. federal). Find missing or incomplete information and reach out to the appropriate medical collector to retrieve. Uploading the necessary arbitration documents for our surgeons/anesthesiologists into USMON Accurately upload claims and supporting documents to state or federal arbitration portals (NY, NJ, CO, Federal/CMS and any other bifurcated states we bring on) Fix any errors or issues that arise during the upload process. Initial Uploads & Resubmissions/Cooldowns Experience Computer literate with detailed data-entry skills Organized and able to handle a heavy workload with accuracy Impeccable written and oral communication skills At least one year of medical office experience preferred
