Managed Care Specialist –

Hybrid Duration:

12+ Months of contract position with possible for extension

Shift Timing:

Monday to Friday is working days•Hours/Day 7.5 Key Responsibilities Review, process, and settle insurance claims in accordance with policy terms and company procedures Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering statements, reviewing documents, and coordinating with relevant parties Evaluate claims for validity and determine appropriate resolutions or payments Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims activities Communicate with policyholders, claimants, legal professionals, and internal departments Identify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate as appropriate Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims lifecycle Required Skills Claims specialist
