• to•Face customer service experience Degrees or certifications required/Years of overall experience required:•High School diploma or GED equivalent 1-2 years’ experience with face-to-face customer service Day to day responsibilities: Liaison between customer and filer Total loss paperwork, titles, Give payment checks to customers Order Police reports Draft letters to be sent out to the customers Send and accept Fed Ex Scan total loss paperwork into files Maintain Office Needs•order supplies, coffee, etc.
