JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an entry-level role that involves assisting customers with the start of the warranty claims process. Strong listening skills and attention to detail are required to gather the necessary information in a professional manner. Data entry accuracy is also key as customers” claims documents must be uploaded for review and payment.
