REQUIREMENTS

HEALTHCARE

INSURANCE COLLECTOR

1+ years of recent healthcare insurance collections experience. Working in insurance / commercial claims collections Proficient in Excel Ability to utilize Microsoft Office efficiently, including Outlook (email and calendar), and Excel is a must Must be professional Excellent communication Knowledge of how to use a phone line system, copier/scanner, fax, and email is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to work in an office, in person. Collections for multiple clients Ability to read an insurance contract and monitor claims accordingly Track trending issues Work with multiple systems daily Review EOB’s to identify payment errors, denials and low reimbursement Identify and correct claim errors in a clearing house Make phone calls to insurance companies for claim follow up Research account receivables for both Medicare and Non-Medicare collections Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
