In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You will engage in both inside and outside sales, building relationships with potential clients while ensuring they understand the benefits of our insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others secure their financial future. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients. Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community outreach, to generate new business opportunities. Provide clients with information on various insurance policies, including coverage options and pricing. Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation required for policy issuance. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to meet client needs while adhering to company policies. Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new products to effectively advise clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals. Skills Proven experience in insurance sales or retail sales is highly desirable. Strong skills in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective client interactions. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Proficient in sales administration tasks to ensure smooth processing of client applications. Knowledge of benefits administration to assist clients in understanding their options.
