Compensation:

$50,000 – $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience) |

Schedule:

Position Overview A & Associates is seeking a full-time, in-office Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping individuals and businesses protect their assets through strategic insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide expert consultation on property and casualty insurance options Generate and close leads through outbound efforts and inbound inquiries Prepare policy quotes, assist with applications, and process renewals Ensure all client interactions meet state compliance and carrier standards Maintain accurate records and documentation in agency systems Meet performance goals and contribute to team success Required Qualifications Active Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required) Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency with insurance platforms and quoting tools Must be available to work full-time in our Mobile, AL office Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of both personal and commercial insurance lines Familiarity with Alabama insurance carriers and underwriting processes Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation with bonus potential Access to quality leads and marketing tools Onsite support team and sales mentorship Career advancement opportunities within our insurance division Equal Opportunity Employer Statement A & Associates, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
