Primary Responsibilities:
80% Outbound and 20% Inbound calls Ability to elicit a client’s needs with speed and composure Answer questions for the clients specific to service inquiries and resolving problems, by responding orally, virtually, and or in writing Able to navigate the Web and provide web-based documents to clients as needed Be computer literate and efficient in Word, Excel Provide input and support on new product and sales processes Participation on Team and Individual Meetings Have strong communication skills and great work ethic Perform other duties as assigned
Primary Skills & Requirements:

Able to work across time zones with remote team members Bilingual – English / Spanish Preferred Preferred experience with Medicare and Ancillary Products Active Life and Health Resident State License 2025 AHIP completed The general pay scale for this open position is $17 – $19 per hour with tier-based commission structure available. Pay for a selected candidate will be determined within the pay scale based on one or more of the following factors: candidate’s experience, skill set, education level, and/or location.
